At The Luminary Hermit, our Returning Customer Sessions offer an opportunity for clients to delve deeper into their astrological charts. Additional readings provide a follow-up, tailored session designed for your ongoing astrological exploration. Together, we will address what has happened since your initial reading, and navigate your additional questions and concerns.
Cancellation Policy
When booking an appointment, I will always reach out to you to confirm the appointment and go over initial details from your intake form to verify that the information I have is correct. Please schedule your appointment at least one day in advance. I am a busy parent, and want to be prepared for your appointment time with no interruptions. This item is non-refundable even with cancellation of your purchase. The only exception is if the Astrologer does not provide a service or reading. You are able to reschedule your appointment twice. Any further rescheduling is not available for a refund, unless otherwise noted by The Luminary Hermit. If you must reschedule, please try to do so at least 24 hours before your appointment so the allotted time is able to be used for someone else. The information discussed in any astrological reading, mentoring session, coaching session, or any other service provided by The Luminary Hermit are all my own. All services are based on my own education, opinions, and insights. The information and advice I provide should never replace the advice given to you by another professional - such as a medical, legal, or financial professional. Each person obtaining a service from The Luminary Hermit should use their own discretion.
